Last week, Perfil Energia was recognized as an excellent place to work, earning the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certificate.
Great Place to Work is an international consultancy that awards several awards at regional, national and international levels, qualifying the best places to work, based on the evaluation of the employees themselves.
The survey is carried out with the company’s employees, assessing their perception of various aspects, such as credibility, respect, impartiality, pride, degree of empathy, understanding and trust.
The satisfaction rate must be at least 70% for the certificate to be awarded. Perfil Energia reached a 95% satisfaction rate, which reflects its concern for the well-being of its team and the encouragement for all its members to cultivate the feeling of belonging to a family, maintaining a healthy work environment, human and stimulating.
