Great Place to Work: best companies in Serra Gaúcha

On December 1st, we were awarded 3rd place in the small companies category in the Serra Gaúcha 2022 ranking of the Great Place to Work certification.
On the occasion, the president of the Board of Directors of Perfil Energia, Cléo Diehl Moraes and the company’s CEO, Marcela Sperb Moraes, participated in the event and received the trophy.
Great Place to Work is an international consultancy that holds several awards at regional, national and international levels. It qualifies the best places to work, based on the evaluation of the employees themselves.
The survey is carried out with the company’s employees and is divided into two stages: quantitative research, where the company must reach a minimum sample of employees and reach a score equal to or greater than 70%; and cultural practices, which is a phase of evaluating companies’ practices.
Perfil Energia achieved a 95% satisfaction rate. This reflects its concern for the well-being of its team and the encouragement for all its members to cultivate the feeling of belonging to a family, maintaining a healthy, humane and stimulating work environment.
